Ronan Hardouin is specialized in Law Information Technology and Communication (liability of Internet companies, IT contracts, domain names, online games, e-payment, etc..). He also monitors the whole law of intellectual property that he has taught as assistant teacher.
He holds a postgraduate degree in information technology law and a Master's degree in business law, he is also a doctorate in law since December 2011. The achievement of his doctoral thesis on "the liability of technical intermediaries in LCEN" is the foundation of numerous articles, including articles published on Juriscom.net, an electronic journal which he is the editor.
Ronan Hardouin is a lecturer at Paris I - Sorbonne and the University of Versailles - Saint Quentin, where he is involved in Masters II dedicated to Internet law.
He served as consultant in Anglo-Saxon or French structures and processes files in French or in English, as litigation counsel.
He has been working for Ulys since June 2014.
