Olivia Guerguinov holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in Law from the University of Louvain in 2016 with honours.
During her studies, she followed a specialization in corporate law as well as a banking and finance law program. She also spent one semester at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
In parallel with the corporate law, she has developed an interest in new technologies law and more especially for the right to privacy. Indeed, she has chosen as a subject thesis the “Big Data” and the right to privacy (with a focus on data protection).
In addition, she took part in the prestigious competition Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. This moot course provided her with a theoretical knowledge and practical experience of the international arbitration procedures, as an alternative way of dispute resolution.
She works in French, Dutch and English.
