Keynote Presentation: Italy’s Decision to Block Gambling Websites
In our Keynote Presentaiton, Thibault Verbiest (Senior Partner at ULYS Law Firm) will discuss the current situation in Italy with regards to Online Gambling. In February 2006, Italy’s government began a process of blocking IIP addresses from gaming sites without an Italian gaming license. Mr. Verbiest will cover the issues that resulted in the decision along with the actions taken. Options for online gaming sites will also be discussed.
