What is EGR Live?

If you came to the first eGR Live in December 2009 you will know that this is a brand new concept for the online gaming industry – a free to attend conference and exhibition, combining meetings, conference sessions, seminars, workshops, networking and hospitality – all under one roof.

To help you get the most out of the event, we have devised a personalised diary system that allows you to set up meetings in advance of the event and manage your attendance of the conference sessions.

A specially designed Meetings Arena creates the perfect environment for visitors to meet with service providers. Visitors have the opportunity to book specific meetings in their personal online diary system with suppliers or can also drop into the Meetings Arena at any stage during the event.

Seminars, Conferences and Workshops

Over the two days a packed programme of over 50 conference sessions, seminars and hands-on workshops will cover the latest industry issues from emerging markets to regulation and allow visitors to choose content sessions that are relevant. Suppliers will also put on special sessions offering guests the opportunity to catch up on the latest launches and new product updates.

Networking Events, Evening Parties and Receptions

Throughout the two days visitors have the opportunity to attend special networking events from breakfast briefings to afternoon cocktails. Plus… the industry Oscars – EGR Awards – will be putting on a special ceremony that celebrates excellence in the B2B market with a awards for the top service providers in the industry at a gala dinner – and of course a spectacular party afterwards.
 
The Meeting System

The EGR meeting system allows visitors to plan their day at EGR Live, selecting which suppliers they wish to meet with and which sessions they want to attend. Sponsors and service providers booked into the event also have access to the pre registered database of visitors enabling them to request meetings with individuals or groups of delegates, which can be selected by job title, named individual or specific groups.

The visitors

Delegates will come from across the world of online gaming and range from chief executives and MD’s to affiliates and marketers. Industry operators will be invited to attend free of charge and then register their interests and build up an individual itinerary of meetings and conference sessions on the special “meetings registration system” so that each one has a tailor-made programme.
