In the Google case, the European court of justice has taken a strong position that will make the life of search engine much more difficult).

We’ll make a debriefing on the case, and assess notably the following issues :

• The right to be “forgotten” on the internet ;

• How should the law on personal data be applied to search engines ;

• How should this law be applied to US companies with an establishment on the European territory.
