Doing Business in France
door Verbiest Thibault
At the occasion of the French business week of May 20th-May 23rd during which a French delegation in the High Tech industry will be visiting Israel for business, Ernst & Young in association with Ulys law firm are organizing a lunch-conference with selected Israeli companies interested in French industries such as telecommunication, security software, data transfer, internet, communication, etc.
Both French and Israeli participants will benefit from a presentation of French business opportunities, starting from a general overlook, through a more detailed analysis of data privacy and cloud computing in Europe and ending by a discussion about due diligence and tax issues, while merging with or acquiring a French company.
If you are:
- Willing to meet with the French delegation visiting Israel for business;
- Already dealing with French partners and willing to expand this activity;
- Interested in the French market (and you might believe that the French market is too difficult to approach);
- Interested in getting informed about data privacy and cloud computing through a French and European perspective;
- Thinking of as M&A with a French company;
We suggest that you save the date of Monday, May, 21st at 11:00 AM in your agenda.
Feel free to contact Keren Dahan ([email protected]) or Deborah Modiano ([email protected]) for any further details regarding this event.
